A Prayer for Vocations...

God our Father...
You will that all people might be saved by
placing their faith and obedience in Your Son,
Jesus Christ.
 
I pray for good men and women to consecrate
themselves to him so the world may experience
his presence through their words and deeds.
 
Help them to understand how they can be
a channel of his peace by sharing the joy that
comes from serving others in the name of Christ.
 
Please also give us the clarity to see how living
according to the wisdom of the Gospel is the only
way the world will ever know peace.
 
May the Holy Spirit inspire men and women of all
ages to see the privilege of serving Christ as one of
his priests, deacons, religious sisters or brothers.
 
And may the Holy Spirit guide me to know
Your Will in my life and how I may serve
You, and others, in Christ.
I  ask this in Jesus’ name. Amen.​
